We understand that dogs can be a little unpredictable, which is why we offer free repairs within 6 months of purchase for any damage caused by your dog’s adventures plus a lifetime guarantee on all silver metal fittings. While all of our products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, we know that dogs have a special talent for testing their limits. This service is designed to help with those “oops” moments and we’re delighted to be able to offer products a second chance and keep them out of landfill.

We can of course still repair any damage to the fabric however there would be a slight charge.
